Agree but it's still a pretty big step back from a modern 600/750 and they're comparable to a 1995 Ducati 916 or a pre 96 Honda 900rr which are vintage legal (feel free to argue this opinion). Mongo is 2020 a good estimte?! GStar
If your luck is as good as mine it will become legal the day after you sell it. I'd say 5 years and by the time it's legal it will be non-competitive as the 99-2000's will probably come in with it. Just my 2 cents.
