a bacon pie is an act born of dementia.

 

I can't believe there is even discussion on this. Vanilla or light chocolate cream pie with just a little bit of whip cream.......in the middle.......mmmmmm

There is hair pie though too..........

 

Dementia, perhaps. But imagine if you will a beautiful quiche, loaded with cheese and bacon, with an extra layer of maple bacon on the bottom and some extra thick pepper bacon on top smothered with even more cheese. Baked to perfection and served up in giant slabs with seconds available to all.
Now that is a pie to dream of.

If this is your thing, you would no doubt enjoy hampster pie, provided that you kept the pepper bacon to give it some tang.

 

bacon and cheese pie sounds better than Haggis.
