OK, I was kind of kidding because of:
V 6 Light Weight machines may run any hybrid engine/frame combination as long as the engine meets the year cutoff.

    The engine is a 1978.
So what keeps it out of V6LW?

Even if it is a TZ motor only 250 GP bikes have to run HW.
    ;)

Looks like it was for sale a while back for 35,000 Euros.
And it is a TZ350 engine.
At that price it doesn't really matter in what class it is legal
    Sure is pretty though.

El Skwid! Old guy, old bikes

Just because it can, doesn't mean it should.
    F2 & V5 as stated.

If it is in compliance with the rule book "should or should not" is irrelevant
If the rule book needs to be changed to exclude a bike that meets the rules, for example the "No Ducati Super Mono" in Clubman then that is what needs to happen
But in the mean time, legal is legal
I wouldn't worry about this one though. It is in France and is North of $40k U.S.
If you want to talk to someone that will give you a list of bikes that "shouldn't"
Talk to someone racing an SV, not so much in WERA but CCS and AHRMA
