understanding the schedule

i've only done a few weekends and never a full schedule, so apologies for my rookie questions.

how do i determine if an event is going to be a twins sprint weekend or not?
i'm looking at the schedule and dont see a letter indicating it

pre-reg is $130/first and $100/additional?

@Mongo is the license renewal a form online? I'm thinking about doing a full season next year and not 1 random event every other year.

 

i've only raced Pitt, NJMP and VIR back in the day. what are the entry costs for sprints? do they vary at different venues, due to higher cost to rent the track?
