What do you prefer for the holidays?
I love a super salty country ham...
You forgot "All of the above"
Got both today.
T-bone steak. If I'm celebrating with food, that's my pick.
Back when I was batchin it in the mountains in CO, every Thanksgiving I'd put the ol' Hibachi in the fireplace & grill up a steak. (couldn't get to the grill outside under the 8 feet of snow in the backyard.)
Both. Just put a turkey on the smoker with ham to follow at about 1.
Yep, we do both. I predict a nap by 2:00.
Super slow cooked prime rib...I eat turkey or ham in some form, almost every damn day.
i do like a good ham, but today is turkey day at my house
Turkey of those choices.
Charcoal a prime rib is my ultimate. Do a mean mushroom and cabernet sauce too.
Have a turkey and ham in the oven and a duck in the smoker
Fried turkey you can keep the swine
Must have both!
Ham or roast beef for Xmas, turkey for Thanksgiving.
Both. Lots of food for lots of family and friends.
Gotta wait until X-mas for the one I like - ham!
I'm having Turkey but that Ham looks amazing!
Smoked a turkey yesterday, wife's working today. But a prime rib sounds really good too.
Usually Turkey except this year we're having seafood at my wife's sister's place. Turkey will be for Christmas then the usual ham and black-eyed peas for New years for good luck during the next year. (I'm a little superstitious.)
It may not be working for me very well since right after New Years I turn a year older. Every damn year and I'm getting tired of it.
Wait! The alternative isn't all that good.
