T-bone steak. If I'm celebrating with food, that's my pick. Back when I was batchin it in the mountains in CO, every Thanksgiving I'd put the ol' Hibachi in the fireplace & grill up a steak. (couldn't get to the grill outside under the 8 feet of snow in the backyard.)
Turkey of those choices. Charcoal a prime rib is my ultimate. Do a mean mushroom and cabernet sauce too.
Usually Turkey except this year we're having seafood at my wife's sister's place. Turkey will be for Christmas then the usual ham and black-eyed peas for New years for good luck during the next year. (I'm a little superstitious.) It may not be working for me very well since right after New Years I turn a year older. Every damn year and I'm getting tired of it. Wait! The alternative isn't all that good.
