T-bone steak. If I'm celebrating with food, that's my pick.

Back when I was batchin it in the mountains in CO, every Thanksgiving I'd put the ol' Hibachi in the fireplace & grill up a steak. (couldn't get to the grill outside under the 8 feet of snow in the backyard.)

  5. Both. Just put a turkey on the smoker with ham to follow at about 1.

Smoked a turkey yesterday, wife's working today. But a prime rib sounds really good too.

Usually Turkey except this year we're having seafood at my wife's sister's place. Turkey will be for Christmas then the usual ham and black-eyed peas for New years for good luck during the next year. (I'm a little superstitious.)

It may not be working for me very well since right after New Years I turn a year older. Every damn year and I'm getting tired of it.

Wait! The alternative isn't all that good.:)
