    im trying to figure out if im riding next year, if so its back to the gym if not its back to the buffett:beer:

    Another workout to consider is 'spinning'. Does a good job to the upper legs.

    what everyone else said. Plus lose weight, makes everthing easier.

    jg54... he is not aloud to lose anymore weight... we want to keep no more then a 30 lb difference :D
    As a matter of fact he can throw another steak on the grill, while I get to eat bean sprouts :Puke:
