The New Frontier? Valued at $200 to $1200, depending on condition and and if all the spares it originally came with were with it. This one was lacking the spare cylinder and needed a bit of work.
In the future, just go to your local gun store and find out what they'll pay for them and also inquire about what you want to get. Being that you're still in NC, there is a NC/SC based forum that's awesome. You have to pay a small fee, but they have an appraisal section where several specialists will officially appraise guns for you.
Is it an old crappy revolver running in an open revolver class that allows fore mentioned revolver but everyone else perceives the class as something else not allowing said revolver so everyone is upset that the said revolver is more accurate and desirable so the trade was worthwhile but not in the eyes of some??? I'm so confused!
You mean like an old Japanese revolver shooting against some new Merican wheel guns? Just bring a Rino and get yelled at by erbody.
Was just looking at another 22 savage at a Wally World by my other house last night. I was on a 12 guage hunt though. They had a cheapo Hatfield single shot for a hundred bucks, so ended up with that. Just for the occasional deer and dove in the backyard during season. Plus I still have a good bit of 12g slugs from when I used to have a m-burg 500 that was my main range toy/HD. Still, that savage 22 is kinda tempting to go back and snag for another 22 to have around. Still happy with yours?
Older 10/22s are the bee's knees. That little hole on the front of the trigger? Hmmm...I wonder what would happen if I stuck a thumbtack in there while pulling the trigger. P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-PEW! Whoa. That was quick.
Bricks worths of streams of BBs falling sideways for 100s of yds? I can't see how there's any joy to be found in that.
