A great customer service story... The Ruckus battery died at Tally. I have bought batteries from ThrottleX before. So on a whim I asked for a discount in exchange for putting their stickers on my SV. She (Dusti Hillis) asked if I had a FB page. Since I don't, I figure I'd just order it anyway. She said that they would help regardless! I sent a few photos and a paragraph about racing with WERA like she asked. Yesterday I received a FREE battery. Stickers go on the bike today. So when you pass by on the track, take a quick look!
