That is a pretty good read. The quest for better traction and handling never ends and it's not all about big horsepower and torque numbers. It's about putting it to the ground so it's usable. Same idea behind Yamaha changing to the 90 degree firing order, why Harley did so well over the years in dirt track and why Ducati did so well traditionally against the 750cc inline 4s. Put the power to the ground in a way the bike handles good and gets traction.
