Testing 250 @ Jennings GP

Well what can I say, I'm pretty excited about sharing this video with you guys. Riding my friends Jeff 250 around jennings this past Monday was a lot of fun!!! I always wanted to do this but never got the chance to until this past weekend. The bike is completely stock and top speed was close to 93mph hahaha. It had street tires and My best time was a 34.2 which I believe is only .9 seconds away from what the WERA guys ran there with the new 250 and with race tires so that makes me feel pretty good about my times. I think I'm gonna rent one at Talladega in two weeks and race it

At the 2:30 mark I was hoping you'd catch the gsrx1k who blasted by you on the back straight on motor. Thanks for not disappointing. Lol, I wonder if he knew that was a 250 that smoked him in the corners? AWESOME vid man thanks for posting. You see the 1k at 2:06 come flying past then you see him get schooled at 2:30.

 

That was pretty funny. How many days can you go on a set of tires?

I turned a 1:31.1 last Sunday, on my 250 at Jennings.

 

Hahaha yeah he was really mad at me and stopped me when I came off the track, he got loud and all I did was laugh. He also thought I was on a 500!

 

Randal, not my bike but I'm sure they last forever even at the fastest pace.

Redfox, thank you for ruining my day hahaha j.k what year bike? and please tell me u had race tires lol. I'm sure I can get in the hi 32s as is but I need race tires to go any faster than that plus I really don't wanna crash my friends $1,000 bike hahahaha

The tires were sport demons, that was their 4th track day, still have 70% tread left on them. Brought me great joy to know that the bike is running well enough to be competitive, if only I could match your lap time.

Hey Alex, yes, race tires left over from the GNF. It's an 08 model. 32's can be done on the old gen. See you at Tally.

yes, I was on it at Jennings Dec 9th and 10th. Yeah it's a hero cam.
