Nope, we're keeping it. Talked to a few other teams and it's pretty much the standard. Yeah they're a little top heavy when full but there's no other place to put more fuel. We don't fill ours to the brim and we have foam in it to help with sloshing. I was just pushing waaaaay too hard at the start of the endurance race and threw it down out of my own stupidity. Had nothing to do with the tank. Amazingly it held up pretty well in Richard's crash and is repairable. Our beloved Huffdaddy has volunteered his expert welding services to assist in it's repair.
For the record, mine's bigger than theirs! Tight Squeeze has the biggest BAT* so far! (On the SV that is!)
