I have a 2002 SV650 and need to know how to set up the suspension for my weight. I am about 210 and have on my bike CTR front forks and a Penske rear.How do I go about deciding what is the best set up for me? Thanks.
chad, best advice i can give is ride it! put in some laps and see how it feels. if you put a penske on you should have given the dealer the info and it should have a good starting point. same with the forks. once you turn enough laps you will be able to start finding out what you do not like and start tweaking from there. another word of advice is to keep notes. anohter wera member made up some great sheets if you would like a copy e-mail me. i did the same thing to my bike for this season and that is how i am going to procede. cya at the track tony
