I'm exploring a total hitchhike to Vegas thing to try and rescue the trip. Next Tuesday, I'm hosting the Hitting the Apex premiere in San Francisco with the director. That gives me a few days to get to Vegas. Not quite given up yet, but options are narrow.

Still hard to believe that Danny isn't on the list. Championship caliber road racer, x-games flattrack, and made the main in a GNC race this year. But hey, they invited a hill climber.

 

It appears I may hitch a ride. Now to find somewhere to sleep. There is hope.
