Does anyone know if I can use stainless brake lines from other bikes? I have tried to get this information from some manufacturer's but they all tell me that this is not possible. I just want to hear what you guys have to say. Thanks....
as long as the lengths are the same and the ends are the same (straight or angled), then they should work. I doubt that anyone has a sheet that tells you what bikes lines fits on what other bikes.
I believe the length is the biggest issue. A good mechanic can alter (shorten) the length of a stainless line if need be. Wont work the other way around, Alex
