Special/specific tools

    Besides the standard tools for
    mechanical work...

    What sort of 'special' tools
    are needed for two-stroke, or specifically
    Honda 125 repair/maintenance work?

    Pre or post '95 you'll need the propper rotor/flywheel pullers and post '95 you'll
    need a couple HRC specific spanner sockets for the motor and frame. The rest you can get
    at Sears or they are just generic motorcycle tools.

    Not extremely familiar with RS 125 in particular but for tuning you may need (1) dial gage w/adapter for setting timing and a deck height gage for determing base gasket thickness, etc. (calpiers and micrometers...you can probably borrow a bore gage later to monitor your cylinder wear)

    There is more, but you probably do not need all of this to get started, but later will need it.
