Please help me and tell me why my 2004 kawi 636 is not spraying fuel out of the injectors. I have fuel going to the fuel rail but not into the throttle bodies... There is a case of beer up for grabs at beaverun in july to anyone that figures this out for me. Thanks so much

    1. Fuel pump or fuse
    2. No gas in tank
    3. Clogged petcock

Are the gauges working correctly? Does any type of light come on or blink for fuel?

Are any wires cut for headlights, brakes, blinkers, or kickstand?

Did you hit them with a hammer? ;)

I'd start with changing all the fuses whether they look good or not.

I'm going to ask a stupid question (I know nothing about fuel injection). What is the fuel rail?

There is fuel in the tank and there is nothing coming out of any of the injectors. All the fuse are new. No broken wires or any thing like that. Does not have a petcock. What if any type of sensor controls the fuel injectors. Thanks

    skillets,

    Bear with me.

How long has it been since the bike ran?

Did you empty the fuel tank?

Did you disconnect any of the fuel lines?

    sounds electric!!!
empty fuel and let sit for hours and hours.......

    ok

    smell........

    no gas odor?

check the connectors of the fuel injectors for electrical continuity.

Bike was last ran this sunday at summit point. I am going to empty the fuel tank but I dont think it will help seeing nothing is getting into the throttle bodies. If I spray starting fluid into the throttle bodies it will fire right up. What controls the fuel injectors? Computer? power commander?

Check the hoses (inside of the tank) going to the fuel pump. You could have a split hose. .rhood
