I'm getting ready to send Will a rim.
Will he take the tire off for me?

No, he asks you to remove the tires yourself.

website says he will take it off and remount if you like. it will cost more though and shipping will be more as well

I am still waiting to get my rim back.

its been about 4 weeks. they called about 2 weeks ago and said they were having mechanical issues with the machines

3 rims all paid with visa, don't understand your issue:confused:

I guess it's changed since I sent mine to him a couple of years ago. Either that or I was just as much a tightwad then as I am now...

    Thanks guys.
I'm more concerned about the turn around time than the cost of tire removal/install.

I've left several messages, and still no return call.

    mdr14 What?

I think that Will's is worth the wait. Small operation. But good work.

They welded my rim, and it DID NOT have a heavy spot.

Just be patient. Sometimes they took a few days to get back to me, but they always did.

Can't be twisting wrenches if they are on the phone all the time holding hands.

Every unnecessary phone call costs on average 15 minutes of productivity.

Leave a message, leave a phone number. its that simple.

I sent in 7 rims this spring and he got them all repaired in about 3 weeks. I can't remember how we paid for it. Think it might have been Paypal or CC. Did a great job for a hell of a deal.
I just sent in 8 more rims to be straightened.
Can't wait to get em back!

Theyre good ppl, just need to work on staying in touch with their customers. Having to leave msgs on voicemail to get a call returned Blows!

I sent him 3 wheels and a pair of rotors back in september. It took about 2 months to get them back but he did good work. Their communication really sucks.

On a side note... I sent frame straight two pairs of rotors back in October and I still haven't got them back..... business must be really good for some people.
