Security clearance?

They say my background checks are really easy now since I've been in the same place so long now. They only go back 10 years so it's very easy with me being in one place for 15 years. Hell the investigators even know the references in many cases in this business. When I still worked directly at the DoE sites the investigators knew most of us by name on site. Seemed they were always out investigating someone's clearance.
