SATO Racing Black Rearsets BMW S1000RR 2014-2009 Left side crashed

Sato Racing black rear sets from a 2014 BMW S1000RR...will also fit S1000RR 2009 to 2014.
I traded these ( and OEM parts ) so I don't know the exact history behind them.
Sold "AS IS":
* Right side: excellent condition ( minor rash on edge / underneath foot peg )...plates and brake pedal 100% straight.
* Left side: crashed....Footrest plate has been caught in a vise and shows deep scratches on outside and inner side ( see photos )...footpeg is straight and looks new ( probably been replaced )...shifter is slightly bend in but still moving smoothly ( see photo ).

MRSP is $ 650.....Asking $ 150 + shipping ( I'm in CA 90046 should be around $ 10-12 )
