That has to be the worst top 10 I've ever seen. Complete joke.

 

I'm old, I don't know who half of the people on the new list are, or I can't stand them. I'm OK with that. Not worth getting wadded panties.

 

Think about how long those guys have been doing drugs...

 

Kayne West two of the top 100 and Taylor Swift being on the list at all.

Lists like this will never please everyone and this one is no exception to that rule.

while i will accept that one Stones record should be in the top 50... i absolutely LOATHE the band, so fuck that awful list.

 

There are a lot of reason the hate Rolling Stone magazine, because you hate the band with almost the same name shouldn't be one.

That's like hating Tatsuki Suzuki (Moto3 rider) because you don't like the GSXR.

 

Rolling Stone Magazine stopped being about Rock and Roll decades ago.

Same as the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.

I love and enjoy MANY different styles of music. But some of the bands in that HOF are like putting the Yankees in the Football Hall of Fame.

All genres deserve their own HOF. It just gets confusing.

As far as The Rolling Stones Band itself. I didn’t really like their stuff til I got a little older. The genius idea f their musics simplicity is unique and has endured. I still done like everything they’ve done, though.

I just can't. Don't know what it is. Definitely agree about their importance/influence. I almost liked Sticky Fingers. For about 2 weeks 20 years ago. Probably just for Dead Flowers.
