I'll start this off with what tires/tubes are you running and do you like the set up. Have you tried any other combos you would recommend? I ride a variety of roads and bike paths that are fairly clear, but I do come across glass, small rocks, and cockleburs.

    25 @ 100PSI is perfect for me.

I run the same conti's on my training set up. Whatever tube my shop sells. Currently a 23 up front and 25 in the back but they could be swapped and I doubt I would know the difference. I aim for 100 psi, maybe a little under if it's extra nasty out that day

I prefer HUTCHINSON ATOM COMP .
I sell a lot of them, but don't use them on my bike , but Kenda makes a Thorn Proof tube. It's a lot heavier than a standard tube, but prevents flats from thorns and other things that would puncture a normal tube.

Use the Continental Gatorskins. 120 in the rear and 100 in the front. Seems to be a very bump compliant and tough tire.

Bontregar r3 TLR tubeless on Bontrager RXL rim. Super light and basically flat proof.
    27c size

90psi roll resistance less than a tube with smother ride.

Do any of these tires really help with thorns, or do you have to go with the thicker tubes? I like lightweight, but I really haven't enjoyed 2 flats in the last month.

I used Mr Tuffy tire liners back in the 80's. They worked great for eliminating nuisance flats like thorns and road debris. When my wife got into riding I put a set in her tires and she's never had a flat. It's not a sexy alternative but it's much cheaper than new tires and has been very effective in my experience.

My bike came with Vittoria Rubino Pro size 700X23. I run them @ 120 psi.

I`ve been running Specialized roubaix`s tubeless with 0 flats. I even ride a few miles of connector gravel connector roads every now & then with no issues.

I've been happy with the Conti Gatorskins so far, no flats yet.

I've been using Vitoria Open Pave CGIII with latex tubes with a little Stan's sealant in the tubes. Haven't had a flat all season even though I ride on rough roads and do some off road and gravel road riding with them.
