rim size?? 07 gsxr 600

could anyone tell me if a 6.0rim width will work on a 07 gsxr 600? as you know they come with 5.5 so i heard guys running 190 rear tires so would the 6.0 rim work also? has anyone ran a 190 on the 600 and how does it compare to the 180? i run a 190 on my gsxr1k but i know that is a little different beast. any help?

 

Don't bother. The bike works great with a 5.5" wheel.

 

I run 190/55's on my 07 gsxr 600 and everyone i know that races a 600 uses a 190 rear with no issues.

You probably could but its not goin to help. Stick with 5.5
