    :crackup:Damn man, cut me some slack. I am going thru a crisis here! But aren't most resumes just fiction with enough truth in them to pass a cursory sniff check?

    You would not believe how elastic some people think the truth is. It has gotten to the point I place very little value on the resume or the application when selecting candidates.

    Make sure you mention that you're detail oriented.

    I know. I inadvertently came across the resume that a former very mediocre field guy of mine used for an internal promotion. I literally cracked up laughing. The resume definitely did not accurately reflect his skills, ability or potential.
