I have an 07 GSXR 750 that had been in a crash prior to me picking it up as a salvage bike.

The original radiator was in fine shape other than the mouth / filler spout being deformed.

I used a pair of channel locks to try and gently reform the filler spout and was able to get it back into round enough to let the cap sit in the opening and grip the lips to tighten.

Problem is, that it is not formed exactly as it should be and when the bike gets hot, it allows coolant to bypass the cap and push fluid out the overflow into the belly pan.

Is there anyone / anyway to have the filler spout cut off and replaced?

Thanks for any and all help!

I had these people http://www.motorcycleradiators.com/ rebuild the radiator on the CBR600RR I bought over the winter. Did an excellent job and the price was good too. Took longer in the shipping there than it did for them to fix it up. Mine was the same, it needed a new filler spout. Plus a few other bends fixed. :)
