The Bargy School is one of the required weekends, but the next WERA weekend you can become a Novice.

This guy will be going as well.

Is there an itinerary somewhere for the weekend or did I overlook it...?

I think it depends on the instructor... We had a couple of guys and they each had their own teaching style and went over different things. It was a good mix. I don't think you'll go wrong with them. Also, they were very open about answering questions and giving feedback. A lot of good info for sure. Kirk McConnell was an excellent, straight forward instructor.
