ok, 2003-2005 R6 engine Can I split the cases and leave the top end, crank and stuff still in place and be able to replace the output drive shaft of the transmission?? I pick up a 05' r6 and the guy tried to use a impact to replace a new front sprocket, which he promtly stripped right off the shaft. Anybody ever have a repair like this? whats the best approch?
