Hey right now i have a 2003 r6 with the old style forks with gp suspension. I also have 2005 r6 forks(inverted) with steering stem and everything i would need to switch it. Would it be in my best interest to switch to inverted forks and put say an ak20 kit(from td) or keep the 03 forks with gp suspension? I heard from a good friend of mine that the 05 inverted forks were not good because the frame was made to stiff, and feed back isnt as well as it could be. any and all info would be GREAT and thanks in advance to everyone
R6 Forks I have an '04 that I bought from a guy that also had an '05 (and since is on his 2nd '06) and he said he never got as comfortable with the '05 due to the same cause you had mentioned, frame was too stiff with the usd forks.
