Early this morning former WERA racer Wade Newman lost his battle with cancer.I was a casual acquaintance of Wade's,both of us sharing a good friend in Tom Nelson.Wade loved machinery,and I always enjoyed our conversations,very smart man. Wade raced in the 80's in the North Central and lived in Cincinnati at that time.Godspeed racer.
RIP. And f@ck cancer. I never say someone lost their battle with cancer. The cancer dies with them. They took that f@cker to a tie.
