Question about Aprilia to Honda fork conversion

Just bought a set of '95 Honda RS250 forks to replace the Marchesini junk that came on my '97 Aprilia RS250. My understaanding is that my stock Brembo's should bolt right on to the Honda forks. My REAL concern is that the rotors may be drasticly different in diameter or offset (distance between left and right discs).

First, what are these two measurements on a '95 Honda. And second, has anyone here done anything like this and can offer some much needed insight.

BTW, this is my first time to this BBS and wanted to let you folks know that it looks pretty good. I usually hang out on www.sportbikes.ws but I couldn't get any info for this project off that forum.
