Check the reeds as well. If it's that hard to start and the carb passageways are all free and clear, the reed petals could be damaged. How's the compression?

I havent done a compression check yet. i pulled the carb again, and gave it another full cleaning....its clean. The exhaust pipe is filled with alot of built up crud,so i will do a cleanout on it. Its not mine, and im not getting paid for doing anything for it,im just allowed to play with it and race my youngest daughter in our yard:D. She has a ttr90,but its all in fun,but she wants to roadrace minis in wera!!!So she says she wants the practice:up:

Is the throttle opening the carb butterfly all the way?

yeah, that would be a Honda CRF50. please don't ask what's the longest i've gone between service intervals is...but i'd say you could probably go years with hard abuse and no problems :D:D:D
