I'd suggest you call Roland Sands direct, as they look like late 90's items, but he's probably too busy cutting a Britten in half with a Sawzall to make it into a flat track bobber chopper.

 

Not a wise ass, it was past buisness hours and I figured someone here would be able to spot them..

 

I'm pretty certain that those are not made by PM but rather RC Components.

 

I dont think those are RCs... hubs look different.
But a tell tale sign is cheap chinese bearings.
