    Not being a wise ass here but i'm sure you can get ahold of someone there that will tell you right off.

    I'd suggest you call Roland Sands direct, as they look like late 90's items, but he's probably too busy cutting a Britten in half with a Sawzall to make it into a flat track bobber chopper.

    I'm pretty certain that those are not made by PM but rather RC Components.

    I dont think those are RCs... hubs look different.
    But a tell tale sign is cheap chinese bearings.
