I see people using full fairing vynil for their fancy setups, how about just taking plain vynil and DIY'ing a simple "paint job" out of that? Sounds like that could save on some prep and will let you fix them up without a paint booth. Is it hard to apply it?
I've been looking at this stuff too. I'm convinced I would end up setting vinyl and bike on fire out of frustration.
