Dont brown the meat / beef in a pan.... Geeesss

Cook the Ground Beef in patties on the grill and then break them up for the chili. It adds a true grilled taste that does come thru...

    Real charcoal of course.....

The Caroll Shelby seasoning pack is definitely a good base. To get the best taste you need to grill the meat, peppers and onions and let them get a little charred.

I prefer a 50/50 mix of beef and venison for a real authentic taste. A little pork to the mix doesn't hurt either

Nah.....i got irritated when I would set my cruise control, only to have to de-activate it because some (out of being polite) person (aka fuckwad) would either pass me and slow down, or I would just come up on someone driving rediculously slow. Florida on the other hand, was fast, fast and fast. You go 80 in a 55 and about get run over by traffic.

    Back to Chili.

    Bison meat is good too.

I occasionally with do andouille sausage.

    Pork is good too.

Grilling the meat, peppers and onions is definitely the way to go.
