Two of the three cops, is wearing their gun quite low . Is this common practice or something you only see in a western ?

 

Scary, ain't it...when cops feel a need to be tacticool on the beat?
Now, if they were also packin' SMGs and armor, I wouldn't give it a second thought...I would think about what kind of shit happened that deserved that level of presence, tho'.
