I would give him a 35% he has done nothing of any substance, but his ideas are nothing but left wing so for that he gets a deduction.
The only thing I am surprised about is how he keeps on spending, I mean its amazing.
Now Schwantz-hanger is going to come begging for 21 billion to meet his budget and I bet he gives it to him.
