He prosecuted a case where her uncle was shot... the case dragged on for 3+ years. The local NBC news station reported this also and commented that it seemed Nifong "knew the family on more than a professional level" Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
wheres da justice They outta prosecute Nifong...I had a buddy spend 90 days in jail and lots o $$ what turned out to be a false rape accusation....her hubby found out so she came up w/ a rape accusation. nothing happened to her.
