The Friday, Feb 22, 2008 edition of the Waynesville Mountaineer has an article about Skip. I'm hoping it's cool to post the link, but I wouldn't do it if I thought Moose or Teresa would mind. I called the shop to tell them how great it is that they're trying to help raise awareness about this problem, but they were not there. Mongo - please take it down if inappropriate.
I'm sure it's incredibly difficult for them to be so open about this and I applaud them for doing so.
If just ONE kid doesn't..... It must be very difficult indeed...however, as the saying goes, if some good can be had by this tragic example...if ONE kid thought about it, or was doing it, and read that article...and didn't... ...another set of parents might be spared the agony.
