I had one of those for my job, but it was a manual one just like a pop rivet tool. Was VERY handy, and I took it home t use on the bike a couple times (back when subframes were tubing and such).

Lowes sells manual one and inserts at end of bolt bins in everystore .Great tool.

The manual tool idea was never considered as I'm basically a stick figure and the part has six steel M6 nutserts.

Need to do about 20-25 every other day..

Good to know that they stock the inserts though, they'll work in a pinch (if the local Lowe's has em in stock..)
