Netflix. What to watch?

If you havent watched American Nightmare on Netflix... It is pretty interesting. 3 episodes about 45 minutes each. I will not spoil it for you. Slow at first, you draw your own conclusions and they keep changing, throughout. Ski

 

The new Taylor Tomlinson special on Netflix is good.

 

We’re finally watching House of Cards. It’s good. I wonder if Bill & Hilary were the inspiration…

 

First 2 episodes of Shogun on Disney+ are promising...

 

The new documentary that just came out and is number one right now on Netflix, " The Program " is local to me. The place is about 10 miles from me as a crow flies. Seems to be stirring up a little shit locally, the George Tulip guy was a couple years ahead of my wife in school. She said he was a dick way back then.

 

Tokyo Vice on Max is pretty good.

 

Ok. So just finished Ricky Stanicky on Prime with John Cena. Crude and funny. Really actually enjoyed it

 

Has anyone watched the Reacher series? Been seeing clips of it, and seems as good or better than the big screen Cruise events. Ski

 

Reacher was good. At least the guy they cast fits the description in the books.
The show is not as good as the books, but they never are.
We watched all of them and enjoyed it

 

I watched and enjoyed it. The acting of Reacher leaves something to be desired.

 

If you read the books, he is not one for words.

 

He seemed to be channeling Ben Affleck in The Accountant. Deadpan and understated.

Or, yeah, maybe the guy just can't act.

 

Is it Nicholas Cage?

 

Reacher season 1 was entertaining and enjoyable but season 2 fell flat for me. Too many cliches and predictable plot lines. Still passable but if there’s a season 3 I’m on the fence.

 

Would you rather watch that midget Cruise play Reacher again? Most unbelievable Reacher character ever.

 

No sir, not at all.

I thought Richson did a great job but I haven't read the books - just based on the little I've heard about the series and character online and from friends.

I missed the other main two characters from season 1 and their replacements in season 2 were not as engaging, funny, or endearing to me. That was likely my main gripe with season 2.

 

You need to read the books to understand Neagly.

Watching it now. I like it. But I'm a Guy Ritchie fan.
