ti voglio bene doesnt really have an english translation basically when i lived in italy instead of I love you they would say ti voglio bene it is like i really really care about you but just a quick way of getting....

so for the guys like me it was easy just to say that to a chick than the real thing... sai at the end of this means do you know so basically it is

i really care about you, you know right?
