Intereting moto2 race. The rain surely helped Joe but a top 10 aint too bad. And some TV time too. Wonder if the Ducati wings will help in the wet too
Rossi has become exceedingly effective at mis-timing bike changes as of late. I guess at least he never gambles getting on dry tires too soon.
Bautista ha ha ha ha. Man that guy sure does push beyond the limits. Gotta give him some credit for his guts
9 laps to go, things are shaping up...amazing how well 25, 46, 04 can catch up and slice through traffic...doesnt speak too well for their competition...
WTF is this crap? Pedrosa is smiling, pleasant, joking and upbeat even though he got second. This bizarro Pedrosa or something?
the same stupid mistake over and over again by Rossi and his team. what a comeback though! MM93 did an early change to slicks as he had no option to stay on wets, giving away places too easily.but he's one of the few that can make a slick work in less than ideal environment.
I don't know if anyone would have beaten 93 today, but his tire strategy/gamble paid off bigly. For the life of me I can't figure out why Rossi repeatedly stays out on cooked rain tires...it seems intentional, and it's hard to watch.
They said the yamahas were ready with a dry setup from the start. Rossi should have swapped the lap after Marquez (next time he came around).
