Can you imagine being able to still ride even better bikes than you had before retirement? How cool! Great motivation to stay in shape, mentally sharp, and what a great gig for the former riders.
Top gun winning day 2 of testing and remy with broken wrist ahead of Raul. Mav could take part because the ape still has concessions.
Remy hasn't beaten Raul's times on either of the first two days of the test. Raul is still about three tenths ahead of him.
Remy's probably a bit slower because he carrying his Moto 2 championship around . Tortoise and hare.....
I'd venture it's because he's at a significant talent disadvantage, but tomato, tomahto. That being said, Raul's 5X talent advantage seems like it may be more than nullified by his Vinales-like attitude. Time will tell.
He seems more Lorenzo than Maverick. He just won't quit mid race. Some of the best racers/athletes really don't care about anyone else though. It's what drives them to be better.
Yeah, it's the old, slow steady and humble approach vs the quick flashy and arrogant approach. Yes, he's "faster", much more natural talent too, but that doesn't always win you championships....
If you don't think Raul has (significantly) more talent than Remy, you need to get your eyes checked.
i thought he was agreeing that Raul is much more talented. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ezpeleta never wants a MotoGP title finish similar to F1 speaks about Sepang and Rossi's 10th, err almost 10th, championship https://www.crash.net/motogp/gossip...ta-never-wants-motogp-title-finish-similar-f1
Raul is being made out to be an asshole in the MotoGP press, but he is just a young guy being a young guy. I wish him and all the rookies well this season. There is so much talent in MotoGP now that without dominant MM you really have to have the best team, the best all round bike, the best setup, the best rider and be the most consistent over the whole series. FQ was that guy;
I just watched both parts; a great production. It's not a Yamaha video, but ... it sure seemed funny Lyn Jarvis was almost totally absent from both. To me, it made the videos much more enjoyable.
