They never should have paid that guy off nor should the courts have allowed his frivolous suit to continue. Basically guy got paid 1.5 million for forming a company and suing after they'd already worked a deal with a company that was going to keep it as a track and tourist destination.
I also love how it ignores the gain of 20+ million to the county because Larry built it and gave it to them. The land was worth little to nothing beforehand.
