Well that was anticlimactic.

How come none of the heavy hitters were there?

 

Imma go out on a limb here and say zero Covid policy.

 

Yup, is the Macau quarantine crap. Crew are paid daily and most teams can't pay team staff to sit in hotel room for like 10 days ( some Macau 7+3 rule ) before the practice and race days.

That's what I was thinking. I mean, people outside wearing masks...

 

I watched that video and that place sucks. Sure Barney, Fritz Kling, Jeremy #$%%#cking Toye, and a million other US racers made the trip there but damn it hurts my head to watch a m/c lap now

 

They locked people up in the Grand Lisboa and that was it for me
