She was country music. Hard working down to earth woman. At least her music will live on.

Not just country music, but think about how many REALLY fast racers came through her ranch......That is a different kind of legacy right there..

I've heard stories that she wasn't the most popular person in the Van Lear area.

Yeah, but Patsy sang Crazy better than Willy. And I prefer Janis to Kris for Me and Bobby McGee.

Even the Beatle's Paul McCartney said Joe Cocker's "With a Little Help From My Friends" was better than theirs. It happens sometimes.

How long have you been deaf?

I'd rather listen to this than that no-talent skank.

Once a Wanker.. Always a Wanker!

She released a great album not all that long ago. I loved her later stuff!!

    Lol.

But, dude, "no talent" is a bit much. She and Big Brother and the Holding Company were a tight sound during a super groovy time. I also love Pigpen's crooning in early Grateful Dead. I think he copied her a lot.

And Johnny owns Hurt. And Jimi owns All Along the Watchtower.

Sorry gentlemen, since I've never taken mind and/or body altering drugs, much less in massive quantities, my hearing is pretty good. JJ's vocals are vomit-worthy.

Loretta, OTH, was an awesome talent. She will be missed big time. RIP sweetie.

It is, and it's not even remotely close. Joe took an average song and knocked it out of the park.
