We won't be turning this into a classifieds section. We've let it go quite a bit because two strokes rule but it's getting a bit out of control.
You're the boss but I don't think it's been bad at all and I appreciate not having to plow through classifieds for 2 stroke stuff.
surely the two strokers arent complaining, im not. kind of nice to have it all in one section since there isnt that much smokin going on anymore.
I'm with everyone else. 2-stroke stuff is a specialty. I'd never begin to look for "for sale" stuff in the classifieds here. Might as well just do a google search if you're that desperate. If they can't post in here, then make a sub-forum!

Hey, I probably like the smell of 747 and Elf more than the rest of you combined but 8 out of every 10 new threads is someone selling something. It was cool for awhile but it's a bit much anymore.
I also like being able to find everything here on one forum, the level of trafic here is less than on the other parts of the forum and it is easy to sift through the posts that you don't need to read. I don't mind it the way it is. Ken
But I do. Some is nice, an entire section of classifieds is not. I'm simply telling you all this won't become a 6th classified section. and I absolutely hate those "XXXX for sale" and when you check it out, it's a link to an Ebay auction. Hey, want to market your Ebay auction? Do it at Ebay.
your in minority at this point dave. do you race or build two strokes now? i ask because it seems current enthusiast dont mind. such a small group and getting smaller as the big four continue move away from 2 strokers, just seems cool to find it all in one place.
I'm lucky that my minority trumps the majority. Sort of like having a Ruger .357 in a room full of dudes with straws and a mouth full of paper. As for your question, the answer is yes and no or no and yes. Like I said, I don't mind a little but this will not be another classified section. No debate on it, no discussions, no ifs, ands or buts.
Yes, Dave, of course you're 'in charge' but really, what's the harm and who's complaining? The point made is that we 2-stroke guys, vintage or modern, like seeing all under one roof; it helps to keep morale up, builds interest, promotes comraderie, and at the same time, let's us know wot's available... surely there's no harm in all that, is there? Having said that though, I agree that there is a limit, and the reference to EvilBay is annoying, yea, but could you kindly grant us some slack here, why not just remove the 'offensive' posts if they fall outside of 'the limits'?
