Quick question, I just got a call from Rent-a-Center. They stated that my tenant may not to available for some time to come. They would like their rentals back. Can I let them in without getting into the possibility of any legal recourse? Thanks in advance for the free advice. :)

I'm just kind of curious how the Rent A Center even got your name and number.

If those people called me about my tenants late payment on their own crap I would tell them to lose my number real quick.

My guess is they asked for it on the credit app.

You're probably right and I don't like that one bit.

I can understand that they want to know that they are renting, monthly cost, length of lease etc., but I sure don't want my name or number on the application of anybodies shit but mine.
