Some friends did the Ferrari track drive thing a couple years ago. They enjoyed it. Its a few hours to get maybe 10-15 min of track time in either case. Pick your poison.
Tyler did the car one in a Porsche GT3 and his instructor was former AMA and WERA motorcycle racer Javelin Broderick. He really enjoyed it and the GT3 or a GT3RS is the current dream car he wants to buy when he moves out of NYC. Hunter Coffin another former AMA and WERA motorcycle racer instructs there too.
American adventure tours does dirt bike, atv and side by side tours through the desert. I did the dirt bike one a few years ago and it was awesome. Worth taking a look at what they offer.
