Kids Drone...can i shoot it down?

Kid lives about a quarter mike away and daddy bought him some quad copter thing with GoPro. Not bad at all. However, he's been buzzing my house, pool area and yard. Its annoying.

Can I shoot that damn thing down for violating my airspace? What are the legal ramification?
