Kayo MR 125 front fork parts???

does anyone know where any parts are available for these forks? From the dealer you can only buy complete fork assy’s.
While trying to get a overly tight fork cap off. I over heating the area and melted a plastic spacer inside.

If you don't have any luck finding parts, maybe you could just make or have made a spacer out of delrin or nylon.

 

For sure. I have a Machinest that could make a billet one “IF” I could figure out how to get the top caps off the spring stack. What a total PITA

Maybe even 3D printer when I get the good one off. ??

 

speedwerks.com has some experience with the kayo's and may have what you need.
